Of course the New Jersey idiotic gun laws will be enforced with religious zeal on "ordinary people", like Shaneen Allen.

CW3 Harvey K. was this the single black woman moving from PA through NJ to a southern state but gets pulled over with an illegal search and had her gun locked up but confiscated because she was honest about it?

CW3 Harvey K.
SGT Jim Arnold - There was a man who was moving his residence, and lawfully transporting a gun to that new residence in New Jersey and arrested for it, but that was not the circumstances of Shaneen Allen's arrest and imprisonment.
She crossed the Delaware River going on a visit, and when stopped for an improper lane change (I think with her two young children in the car), she volunteered the information to the State Trooper that she had a gun, and a CCW from Pennsylvania.
She was naive, and thought that her PA CCW was as good in NJ as her PA driver's license was. However, that view and "common sense" logic has escaped the lawmakers of NJ. As a result, the same prosecutor who let a pro football player who punched out his fiancee` in an elevator be assigned to Pre-trial Intervention, decided to "make an example" of her.
He offered her a "deal" of only 3 years in prison instead of 10, with a felony conviction on her record that would lead to the loss of her medical license. A real tough guy when it comes to enforcing the law on those who are peaceful and honest.
One good thing Gov. Christie did was to pardon her and several others in similar situations caused by the stupid laws in NJ.

The tongue in cheek is real with this one. I think this might be to highlight the absurdity of the laws on the books so as to bring about a conversation for better gun laws. Or...... he could be pants on head retarded.
