Good evening RP. It's been a great start to a new week but like many of you, I may have over done things (Just a bit). Anyway, it's time to slowdown and have a nice glass of wine on the deck. It won't be long and I'll be looking to the stars. Goodnight RP and sleep well.

Nice. Actually yezterday was the overdo it day. Back to just PT exercises today

Last Thursday was my last day of PT - I'm back up and riding on the Bike today and as I said, a little over kill - Feeling good though. Goodnight Lt Col Charlie Brown and sleep well sister.
