Lost Care and Broken Promises: Military Retirees React to Tricare Changes

This should be no surprise for any retiree. I had been promised free health care for myself and my spouse, as had most of the retirees here. Congress first said that was never promised, then later recanted it had been promised but Congress couldn't afford it anymore.
Same thing happening now, except they are doing it by downsizing the services medical and nursing corps. It isn't about us, the retiree, it is about Congress and how little they really care about us, it ruins there bottom line.
