MSgt Cayle Harris What a beauty...I shoot a Savage 110BAS chambered in .308 for long range shooting. But that gun is a beauty...nothing wrong with two nice long range guns. :-)

Just realized I didn't post a picture, this is what my Savage 110 BAS looks like. This isn't mine, but it is pretty much identical to the one in the upper picture. I added a pad on the cheek plate of the butt stock, and removed the 3-sided picatinny rail system and opted for a single low profile picatinny and sight posts, for proper sight picture. I can remount the 3-sided if I wanted to mount my night vision and power pack.

Savage Arms Firearms 10/110 BA Stealth
Savage teamed with Drake Associates to expand its BA line of long-range chassis rifles with the lightweight, compact BA Stealth. It features a factory-blueprinted Model 110 barreled action mated to a custom version of the Drake Hunter/Stalker monolithic chassis, which has been modified to Savage’s specifications.

MSgt Cayle Harris thanks brother. I have the pleasure to shoot with a friend who was part of the group of shooters that were involved as shooters in developing the wildcats like the creedmore. #lovetoshoot

One thing I always ask people when they are looking to buy the best barrel or best trigger is do they have the skills for this extra dough to make a difference? Clean verses dirty barrel. .308 v 6.5 Creedmore.
Dont get me wrong, this is a beautiful rifle and I love my M1A with a wood stock, just throwing my two cents out there.

Have not gotten the itch for a 6.5 creedmore. The more I read the stronger the itch is. Was thinking of a bolt gun. Love my M1As.
