As a student of history and law it's my considered opinion that the Rule of Law has never been safer. Surely it's safer than during the Obama Administration when our President threatened to rule with a pen and a phone, and criminals enjoyed the blind eye of the DOJ. Rachael Maddow is simply ranting in a vain attempt to rebuild an audience ever since she became irrelevant.
