Being a Georgia resident, the Washington Post is leaving a lot of details out of this story. The reason the polling places are being closed is due to the fact no one votes at them. Several had single digits of voters for several election cycles. That said, if voting is that important to you, the Democrats and Republicans offer free rides to the polls.

Don't really care about BLM, KKK or anybody hating on other Americans. Because they'll be dealt with by God! Also don't support anyone violating our Rights from God! Natural Law "A Free People claim their rights as derived from the laws of Nature!" We love and respect all Police whom are Professional and do their jobs according to our Constitution? They've Families also and are Americans...unless we have Illegals running around as Police Officers. Now it's a fact that some Police Departments and even our Military have had some KKK and other Radical Group (not only Whites....others also) as members. We still going to keep the division going like the 1% planned or going to unite together and save our Republic? See the Big Picture and the Thousand Points of Light = New World Order!

Right SMSgt (Join to see), agreed. We need to come together.
However, rhetoric that says ‘police are a.k.a. the KKK’ is not only untrue, but is detrimental to our republic!
Yes there are White supremacists in all factions of our lives, but that group is known to be less than 1% of 1% if tr population. Indeed they are denounced by the group they self identify with. There are anarchic groups (like ANTIFA and BLM) that are just as spread throughout our society. However, they are in far greater number. They are also welcomed into the group they identify with and even called upon it encouraged to act.
Thus is detrimental to our republic!

In reading the article it stated that one reason to close the polling places was due to them not being in compliance with the AWDA. If this is so then does this not prevent disabled voters from accessing the polling place? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen! Also you have a right to vote but no right to have a polling place close by. I know of no law that specifies a polling place distance requirement! If the polling place is still within the district then what is the issue?
