How many times have we heard stories about a Mexican or Hispanic American accused of being an immigrant and told to speak English or go back where you came from? So please don’t tell me it’s only used on immigrants that want to turn America into their homeland; especially as those immigrants came to America cause of who we are, not who we aren’t.

SFC James Welch I too try to learn languages when assigned or deployed overseas but we know damn well not all Veterans will even do that. Yes it would be nice they learn the predominant native language but in the case of the US that’s English, Spanish, and tribal languages. There’s a reason our country doesn’t have a language mandate as we’re a proud multinational multicultural nation (at least that’s what we claim). There’s a reason why we have multilingual signs at public transit and facilities in urban environments. So yes it would be nice for residents to speak English but it’s not a mandate. And if either of us chose to live in another country I’m sure we take any government handout we qualify for as a legal non-citizen resident that pays taxes; thus no issue with the same in the US.

There is a Liberal move against White People and use of white shaming. It doesn’t bother me for all of those Cancel Culture and Woke people can kiss my ass. As for calling people Racist when they don’t get their way, well names don’t hurt anyone unless you let it. The Left has gone completely insane. I Personally don’t really care about their yelling and screaming hissie fits as long as they stay away from me. I won’t put up with their crap!

We have no Racial problems here. Everyone is just living the best life they can. Granted, it's a small Community (4000+) but it has a mix of race that work together every day.
