The gun that I believe started all the Military Arms Channel torture tests. If you own one, you know how well they are made. If you don't own one and are looking for a small side arm, I can't say enough good things about the Makarov.

I am not a fan of the Makarov. It is a functional pistol and a good tool but ... like most short barrowed guns with smallish grips it is hard to shoot and be accurate beyond 15 to 20 yards.

You are right about switching to a long gun....but my CCDW pistol is on me so I can get to my ARs and shotguns. ;-)
