Making Sense of China’s Pledge to Stop Building Coal-Fired Power Plants Abroad

What if all the countries got together for one year.... one year..... and used all the money we use on the war machine and put the money and the manpower towards cleaning up the planet.... One year..... then we could get right back to focusing on killing each other again..... just think about that for a minute..... can you imagine how stupid that is going to sound to someone in the future??? They are going to look back on us like WOW, what morons...
