Not to further stereotypes, but I think that we should have some nice young Irish Catholic members of the NYPD take this Muldoon for a little ride down to the vacant lot where Amazon was going to put it's headquarters, where his clumsiness will cause him to fall down the stairs multiple times.

When he arrives at the station, keep him cuffed with his hands behind his back with a sign around his neck saying what he is in for.
