Man gets 5 years in prison for scamming $24 million from GI Bill benefits program

I hope they made the school reimburse the students as well make them provide free of charge the classes they thought they had taken. While not sure how much they charge per class that's a lot of felonies for only 5 years - I'm guessing each transaction is a felony.

Not enough, need to tack on 5 more.

I truly do not think the time they gave him fits the crime. They should have given him more time. 24 million....scamming veterans....I would say one year for every dollar he scammed plus 1 month for every veteran he took advantage of. Then I think this would be a far better punishment.
