SSgt Addison R. - And, you are probably right; However, it was his actions, and his alone, that put him in prison.

SSgt Addison R. - I understand that and respect that, but he is in prison (as a result of his choices) and is claiming, probably correctly, that his safety is compromised....so what is your recommendation?

SSgt Addison R. - I am not arguing that he has no rights. His being in prison was a result of his decision...not yours, and not mine. However, to put him in a women's' prison would possible put the other inmates in danger. I don't think he, or anyone should be forgotten or abused, but they should pay their debt to society. Rehabilitation is great, but at what point can we draw a line?

SSgt Addison R. - Not trying to disrespect anyone, but he is a "he" until becoming female. I understand that people may identify as one gender or another, but individuals, for the most part, are either biologically male or female; using the terms he or she should not be offensive, it is a matter of biological reality. For example, when a male transitions to a female, "she" would then be appropriate, until then using "he" shouldn't be offensive.
