Managing VBA Performance & Results: Q2 Webcast

Dear Veterans and Stakeholders,

We’re just one week away from Paul R. Lawrence, Ph.D., Under Secretary for Benefits, presenting Veterans Benefits Administration's (VBA) performance for the second quarter of fiscal year 2019.

He will be joined by Dave McLenachen, Executive Director of the Appeals Management Office, who will discuss VBA’s implementation of the appeals modernization effort. Also, Will Streitberger, Director of Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E), will be present to discuss tele-counseling, which provides Veterans with an option to virtually meet with counselors. Dr. Lawrence will also share VBA’s plans to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the GI Bill.
