I've finally found someone that was in the same company as Manuel when they were in Desert Storm. My journalist friend is in contact with him now and hopefully it results in a story that gets published.

I've had my share of outing people who lie about, embellish or fake service. Easiest thing you can do is fill out a FOIA request and get a copy of the DD214.
