Interesting. Hadn’t thought of that.

I'm not convinced. Headache and fatigue from placebos are very different from permanent medical conditions or fatal side effects that do happen to some people. Years of testing are intended to reveal what conditions would result in serious side-effects. Anyone dreading getting a shot in the arm might feel headachy and fatigued, after - especially if they've seen how the needles are jabbed into the arm as far as they will go! I don't buy that a sore arm is a placebo effect for that reason!
Let's keep in mind that the contract U.S. government signed with the vaccine manufacturers absolves them from paying any claimed damages. A little extrapolating . . . about Agent Orange damages, alone . . . suggests the government is unwilling to pay damages if it can delay for decades, so prefers silence about damages (until recently - about agent orange again - finally acknowledging the claims are factual, decades after damages were done). And conjecture could suggest that manufacturers (at least the scientists creating the vaccines) may have preferred more time to test vaccines, but agreed to a rush job with that condition.
