Marcus uses movie clips from 'Lone Survivor' to describe what happened to him and his squad that day. (As an aside, I dare anyone to watch that movie and finish it dry-eyed). This action resulted in the award of 1 MOH, and 3 Navy Crosses (2nd only the the MOH). It's pretty telling, and gives real insight to how he thinks, and what he's about, in addition to the mindset of SEAL's in general. After watching this, I do not think you will find a more definitive definition of 'Warrior' than those men were that day.
