U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Kevin Leishman suffered a bullet during Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004, in what was the bloodiest battles in the Iraq War. Now he is finally receiving the Purple Heart he rightfully earned 16 years after being wounded. Congratulations Capt. Leishman, I'm so thrilled to see you receive your Purple Heart.
