Interesting.
During my IG days in Korea we used to go around conducting 'sensing sessions' with groups of soldiers on a variety of subjects. The groups were segregated by rank and no names were attributed to questions or remarks in our notes. We heard some interesting things...

Wow! For someone to get suspended like this, it has to be serious. During my years in the Army, I took the survey and also had open discussions with our Commanders and Senior Enlisted. From my own experience, Soldiers in my unit were more open about expressing their concerns on the surveys because they were kept anonymous which was the only way the leadership got to the bottom of issues in the unit. NCOs were more open to speak for what I saw. With that said, the only time I saw changes was when we had new Commanders coming in.
