Is this a case where 'GEN Jackassery' was in command? How many of us have done stupid things at 0300 that could have seriously bit us in the ass? I know I have & looking back, I was totally blessed to even be here today.

I wasn't there, but it is incredible to me that anyone would shoot 20+ rifle rounds through a closed door, especially in an apartment building.

I get that MSgt, we've all been there, however there's too many variables in this case to make an informed decision without seeing all the evidence. If one says he was shot in the arm then rushed to the bathroom, there should be a blood trail proving that fact. It's pretty close to call, however we all know any time a veteran or service member is involved in an incident like this, military service always comes into play. The nature of the beast.
