Third herd has always had issues because it’s more ‘isolated’ than 1st & 2nd RTBs... out of site, out of mind. Add to that, it’s adjacent to the PT fields enroute to the rifle range while 1st & 2nd are on the grinder.
Shit happens. But the system worked. The highest ranking responsible officer did the carpet dance.
