To prosecute this man for trying to save lives shows how screwed up of a PC culture we now live in. You can no longer do what is right without running it by the committee and making sure you have not offended anyone. He notified his fellow Marines that there was a corrupt cop and they were in danger. His warnings went unheeded by the CoC and 3 Marines lost their lives. This is not the first time Political correctness has killed service members, or caught them up in the kangaroo court. Remember Sgt. 1st Class Charles Martland and how long it took to get him the justice he deserved.

To be honest I would lay money down they are more pissed he was proven right, than they are about the fact 3 Marines died. The arrogance I read about that costs lives is astounding, I think the most brutal story I ever heard about where one man’s arrogance cost the lives of Thousands of Soldiers and almost lost a war was Operation Market Garden. Sadly he never admitted he screwed up, just kept blaming it on bad luck.

It's not like this guy was sending top secret material and doing it for Malicious purposes. He was trying to warn the troops that there was a bad Police Chief who was out to kill Marines. It's one thing to send top secret classified email, but one that is trying to help his fellow marines out....geeesshhhh...it's ridiculous to boot him out....maybe reprimand him and reduce his rank.

If a person, civilian or not is in a position to have access to military and/or national security classified material then should be subject to the UCMJ for any and all actions pertaining to such.
