Marines add fourth phase to recruit training

Adding finance and future planning during training is good - but follow up and ensuring that they get common sense training, especially about personal finance needs to continue as they progress in rank at least until they reach NCO level. The same goes for all branches. I've seen it sooooo many times where service members spend exuberant amount of money on stupid stuff, and don't know how to manage their budget. And if they leave service after 4 years they have nothing to show for it. This is especially bad for active components since most enlisted service members have stuff taken care of and they don't have to worry about housing, food, etc.
