Marines' Hurricane Support Missions May Affect Future Deployments

10s of billions to FEMA and their organization and out over burdened military are continuously called out for humanitarian missions. If that is their mission, fund them to do that. Also, increase our force manning. Not saying emergencies don’t need our support, just that this should be accounted for in DOD planning.
