I've worked mine clearance in Korea on the edge of the DMZ, in Kuwait, and in Bosnia. It is very slow and horrendously expensive to do right. There has to be a better ways, and this may be one of them.

Outside my family, the thing I am most proud of is leading clearing teams in three countries and having only one reportable injury. One young troop ignored the safety brief and jumped off the bed of a truck rather than climbing down, and broke his ankle.
