Maryland officers serving "red flag" gun removal order fatally shoot armed man

It's from 2018, but I can certainly see this happening in VA when Gov "Blackface" enacts his gun grab.

I am not. We will see more of this.

People knocking on my door at 0517 might cause me to answer with a gun in hand as well. This so-called "red flag law" is a gun-grabber seizure of a "legislative opportunity" for further harassment of gun owners.
Real "red flag laws" would concentrate on repeated aggressive, violent behaviour, documented by arrest records, etc. That should have gotten the Gabby Giffords shooter not merely disarmed, but off the streets and into a mental hospital.
