Just returned from visiting family in the UK. Not that much difference between prices/availability here or there. They both suck equally.

LTC Eugene Chu when you think about it, the drought has affected our wheat to point we need to import instead of export. That leaves other countries short. Correct me if I am not accurate but the supply and demand system is breaking down. Restaurants are having a hard time staying in business and have raised prices to pay their overhead which then makes consumers think about how. And where they want to spend their money, I imagine this would be true in Britain. And as a side note. Think of the the cost and supplies that were consumed during the coronation of King Charles. Sheer volume and waste took a lot of resources thst ordinarily would be available for average consumers.
