Nothing more than a blatant, partisan attempt to smear a sitting president. This is made even sadder by the need to drag out such an old article. The article is not credible, as it focuses on a Democrat, and one partisan issue, and ignores all the "Big Lies" told by Republicans, such as "There are weapons of mass destruction there". I think the non-partisan tone you want us to think you are trying to strike would have been better served by finding an article that skewers both sides, not just one.

Having said all that, the only way to recognize and fight against the "Big Lie" is by staying informed on all the issues, by not taking any one side at face value, and fact checking everything.

Uh, there were weapons of mass destruction there, or did you miss the news?

CPT Jack Durish - Uh, no there weren't, or did you miss the news. None of the claims made by the administration proved true. The weapons that were found were old and useless.

What nice right-wing smear, but from "Patriotpost" what do you expect.

I find it interesting that the article is attacked yet the QUESTIONS are pretty much ignored. While the Right are so far right that they are 180 degrees from true north and the Left are so far left that they too are 180 degrees from true north. This is not germane to the questions.

Step back and critically view all the data "they say". Yet, when asked, attack the messenger.

I am really interested in getting answers to my questions. I am not interested in being lambasted for an article someone else wrote that references the definition of "the BIG lie".

You are being lambasted because of the article you chose. The content of the article is more about comparing Obama to Hitler than it is about defining the "Big Lie". And while I was one of those who "lambasted you, I also provided an answer to your questions.
