Thanks for sharing Sgt Kelli Mays the video of Matt W., who suffers from cerebral palsy, opted to run in the 400 meter event at Ohio's Colonial Hills Elementary School despite being given the option to sit out. The sheer determination he displays in the video shows that he raced against himself.
