Mattis: Get unnecessary training off warfighters’ backs

YES! Let the warfighters be warfighters. I like the review of the "requirements for mandatory force training that does not directly support core tasks". I believe it is things like these that constitute the majority of complaints of our warfighters regarding said trainings.
