Along with his great friend, Gregers Gram (N9), Manus was a very prickly thorn in the side of the Germans tormenting them with regular exploits of marine sabotage. I have not seen the movie either SGT John " Mac " McConnell. Thanks for sharing the background of WWII Norwegian resistance fighter Maximo Guillermo "Max" Manus who was awarded the DSO, MC & Bar apparently by Britain.
