Since his plan is to do nothing , should we pay them their salary ? We know his plan to make Obama a one term president failed so now he goes to plan B ! He should quit his job and let someone else do the job that the American people him to do . He sounds like a quitter but I hope I'm wrong !

We don't need no stinkin' Congress. We have a President with a pen and a phone. He'll simply veto any Congress attempts and then do whatever he wants by Executive Order.
