Has anyone tried something like this? This product in particular looks nice but it's a little pricey. I've tried side sleeping on regular wedge pillows but after a few nights I just end up with shoulder pain and I don't feel like I'm sleeping any better.

I put a foam wedge under my mattress. Lifted it to only about a 10 degree tilt. Works like a champ, never had night time acid reflex again. I got mine from Walmart for about $10.
