One of the vet groups I go to often discuss the whole effort for a new USCG icebreaker over the past few months....

I read it...it was as bad as they'd all yakked about of late at that group...that's obv a prretty abysmally sad, woeful commentary, clearly...I can also perceive why they've been talking about getting a new one, though the international competition quite clearly would seem to leave even that virtually in the dust, evidently....
