Yup or when limits are put on Law Enforcement protection measures with no such limits on criminals. Liberals love to micro-manage conflict be it war with rules of enagagement or in the streets with Police Departments (which by the way are locally managed in this country, though you would never know it from all Bidens' promises). Now guess which political party in the United States supported the long and corrupt tenure of the PRI Party in Mexico. If you said Democratic Party......then you hit the nail on the head. Now ask yourself why they would do that and fly James Carville down there along with other politicos to try and help the PRI win elections. Scary.
