google or youtube HIIT, and choose the intervals that fits you. Mines is run hard for 30 seconds slow down to a light jog and repeat on treadmill or cycling bike. Have yet to try outside

I used to run alot. Two or three times a week I would pick a telephone pole, Sprint to it, walk a little, and repeat.

I do interval at times also. Hate it.
