Does this mean the US Government should in turn file a lawsuit for all of the illegal immigrants that are smuggled into the US from Mexico....or all of the illegal drugs that are smuggled into the US from Mexico

The irony is that American guns wouldn't find their way into Mexico any more than Mexican drugs wouldn't find their way here IF there wasn't a demand for them. Blaming the gun is akin to blaming the drug. Better that we all look to see who's finger is on the trigger/syringe...

So we get to counter sue for the drug, illegal immigration, and the cartel crime/violence problems etc that are a direct result of their action/inaction as a nation right?
