Reminds me of a show I just watched. It called Clarksons Farm.
Jeromy Clarkson of Top Gear and Grand Tour films a season of farming in Britton. It hilarious!
But being Irish and having two Son in Laws from Dublin, I know quite a bit about Irish cuisine. And originally I didn’t know about that “ingredient”. And it did taste okay. But now most don’t use that “ingredient” any more. Hehe
