My opinion hasn’t changed. Flynn never deserved that pardon. How can any military officer, active or retired, suggest military action cause they don’t like the results of an election. This just isn’t funny.

In my opinion, while not treason, it is sedition (18 USC §2384) and for Flynn, a violation of the UCMJ (10 USC §894).

There is no legal basis for such an action. While it is true that the sitting president has declared martial law in the past, never has it been done to overturn an election. This is sedition, at the very least. He follows up his incorrect claims by saying that he "is not calling" for such action, but the result in Trump's bases will be the same. This man, and anyone else who agrees with him, needs to be arrested and charged with sedition.
