Militants Killed in Kabul Attack Were Wearing US Army Uniforms

This is no surprise to me because when I was in Honduras last winter, I saw ACU and even ocp uniforms were available for sale. It is strange to find in small towns that there is a big market for donated clothing and it ends up going to places like Latin America. In 3rd and 4th world countries, used clothing is a popular commodity since people are so poor that it is way cheaper than buying the stuff new. A used uniform top and bottom could be purchased for the equivalent of $5. T shirts and blouses can be purchased for $2. That is cheap to us but not to someone in the third or fourth world.
