Military Bases Linked to Cancer and Health Problems

As I recall the scientific research community finally developed scientific 'proof' that the water in and around Camp Lejeune in the 80s was contaminated by various chemicals. They have identified several chemicals, and conditions which either result in or could result from exposure. Now all the service person has to do is prove s/he was exposed to the chemicals and they resulted in whatever condition was identified in the studies. Just having the condition, being there during the time frame, and drinking the water doesn't necessarily prove that's what resulted in your skin falling off.
