Non-Issue. The military has been working over a decade to improve body armor for men AND women to give better comfort and freedom of movement. I guess the Marine's should of been told to just get in the gym and get stronger when they complained the vest was too heavy...right? But I see this highlights modifications for women so now it's all of a sudden "an issue". The concern should be to continue developing the best anatomically correct body armor for the warfighter.
