Lt Col Charlie Brown In a time when recruitment numbers are down this is stupid. This is going to send a message to potential recruits that maybe they may need to rethink their career choices.

There is a known recruiting and retention issue. IMO the Pentagon should pick its battles and this probably isn't the hill to die on right now.

SSG Carlos Madden Whenever I am mentoring teachers first starting out I tell them, "Pick you battles wisely." Obviously the government doesn't follow this philosophy.
