As a healthcare specialist/combat medic with over 13 years experience and the Program Analyst for this program, I can state that the individuals that advance through our program are highly skilled and work within a scope of practice that is agreed upon by our partner health systems and our staff. Which under qualified individuals are you referring to? The kids that go through civilian organizations, with no real world experience? Or the Corpsman and Medics who have real world experience? Yes, there are military turds too, but they are far fewer.
