They say that current social media policies aren't working. I would say that the policies are fine. Its the lack of enforcement that is the problem. We don't have time to troll every troop's Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc.

CW5 (Join to see) seems to be the way of the government: Don't enforce what we have, just make a new law/rule/policy equally incapable of achieving the desired goal.
