Military Spouse Survey

I am an Active duty Army Chaplain, I have written a survey to help me collect data from Military Spouses about how service members transition from "military mode" to "spouse and parent mode." Eventually, I would like to write a curriculum teaching soldiers to "take their boots off" before they come in the door in the evening.
