Military Veteran Credits VA for Second Chance

After a 30-year drug addiction which lead U.S. Navy veteran Kelvin Green to become homeless, he was able to turn his life around after seeking services at a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. Kelvin utilized the vocational rehabilitation program to eventually help him get a job at the VA with environmental management service and credits the VA for saving his life.
