Groups like Antifa like to perpetuate fascism under the false mask of fighting it.

Antifa are ANTI-FAscist, and willing to meet and fight fascists in the streets if necessary. Especially those fascists that come to protests already equipped to fight in an effort to intimidate the communities they march in.

The fascists are far-right groups already on government watch lists for domestic terrorism. Nazi Fascist, neo-confederate, KKK, White Nationalists, far-right militias and most recently lone attackers using manifestos to promote civil war or race war.

What a Fascist-Authoritarian meltdown of Capitalism looks like:

Demonization. Scapegoating. Ethnic bans. “Enemies of the people.” The reshaping of basic institutions. The constant transgression of norms.
Step two.
The changing of laws. Ethnic bans. Systems of repression - Camps. Show trials and systemic human rights abuses, the beginnings of institutionalized violence against minorities.
Step three.
Emergency declarations seizures, expropriations the beginnings of the end of democracy, the transition to true authoritarianism — as power is concentrated formally.
Step four
The unthinkable. Atrocity, genocide, holocaust
