I was involved in the launch of this site back in 2005 and it has turned out to help thousands of active duty members save money on airline tickets. Many members don't know that they are eligible for what we in the travel business call, 'military travel code' often discounting tickets up to $200. I would highly recommend checking it out and comparing fares with other sites.

I compared the flights I recently booked (with no military benefit) to HI since that was one listed on the chart you included. In doing a little digging, it was the same fare I got from Alaska Airlines with a non-disclosed $25 fee from the website. On another airline it's possible a savings might exist with this website, do your due diligence and let the buyer beware.

Very good point...and yes, you should check around. I always recommend to start with MilitaryToGo.com and then search other sites. Often there are no military discounts; it all depends on the date/time, etc. The one good thing about purchasing a military coded ticket, regardless of discount, is that they are often refundable. I appreciate the feedback James...thank you so much for taking the time to check the site out. I wish we had a tool that would alert you when the fare was lower.
