Missiles fired at Norfolk-based USS Mason, Pentagon says

I read that. It appears those that fired the missiles consider it an act of war for us to support and arm their enemy the House of Saud.

From what I read about the Saudis bombing campaign on these people, I am curious to know why the current administration has not pushed the UN to issue a war crime statement.
