Moving the victim to another unit in base never helps.
There's some bs going on that base. It's pretty apparent sexual assault and harassment is a huge issue. On and off base that place needs cleaned up.
I could bet whoever is involved in that investigation had a part in his disappearance. Like I guarantee more people were involved in Guillen's murder.

SFC Thomas Foreman there probably isn't any. It should be common knowledge that this happens at other posts.

SFC (Join to see) common knowledge is often wrong. I want to know if it happens in higher proportion to population at Fort Hood.
The fact that it happens elsewhere does not preclude it from being worse at Hood.

SFC Thomas Foreman I understand. However, I'm not in a competition to see where it happens most often, just that it happens at other posts.

1SG (Anonymous) - I didn't say anything about racist criminal activity. At all.
I haven't heard about it happening as often at any other base I've been at in 16 years. There are bad things happening at all bases yes - but I have heard about these things at Hood for years.
I simply stated that moving soldiers to another unit on the same post during a sexual assault investigation generally doesn't help the victim at all.

What in the world is going on at this base? Every time I hear a story about Ft. Hood, it’s either a missing person, a shooting, or sexual misconduct. This base needs a serious house cleaning. I would never want to be stationed there... then again, #Navy doesn’t need to be there so that’s good.

SFC (Join to see) - "All the time" at "every post?" I'm not sure about "all the time." If soldiers are going missing "all the time" there may be a bigger issue that needs addressed.

So Soldiers don't go AWOL? We have a few a week going AWOL here on Ft. Huachuca. I know, I receive the OPREPS.

Conflicting information coming from CNN. They have stated that the remains of Sergeant Eric Fernandes were located in a field approximately 2 mi outside of Fort Hood Texas on August 2020. However, they reported on the same day that no foul play is suspected in his disappearance.
So which is it CNN? Have his remains been located or not?
